Since then, along with a fabulous team, we have been facilitating breathwork sessions at retreats since 2021. I graduated from the Vital Facilitation Certification class at the end of 2024, which has proven to be immensely informative and valuable to my career as a facilitator, enabling me to hold space for profound experiences to emerge.
