Transpersonal, or Holotropic, Breathwork is an explorative approach to self discovery developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof in the 1970s. It is a form of Breathwork that uses deep and rapid breathing, along with evocative music in a supportive environment, to induce altered states of consciousness that can lead to deep healing and personal growth.
The Breathwork process can facilitate movement towards wholeness and integration of the psyche. In this approach, the guide creates a safe and supportive environment for the client to explore their inner experiences, which can include emotions, memories, and even spiritual or transpersonal experiences.
The goal of Transpersonal Breathwork is to access the unconscious mind and explore the inner landscape of the psyche. It is believed that by accessing these deeper levels of consciousness, individuals can gain valuable insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and gain a greater understanding of themselves and their lives.
Transpersonal Breathwork is not recommended for everyone, and it is important to work with a trained facilitator who can help guide the process and ensure the safety of the participant. It is also not recommended for individuals with certain medical or psychiatric conditions, such as high blood pressure, seizure disorders, or schizophrenia.
For me, Breathwork was the most important catalyst for massive life transformations. I was able to transmute years of trauma and past experiences within just a few sessions. The level of insight it brought to my life has been priceless and the friends I've made within the community are my closest to date. I am forever grateful for this modality of healing and self-discovery.
Through my years of training I shed layers of unconscious programming and was able to make the changes in my life that mirrored who I truly wished to be. Breathwork was the modality that provided freedom, safety and a community that I longed for. I found my calling to be a guide during that time and am so thrilled to share this ritual with others seeking the same transformation.

1:1 or small group (up to 4) people for an in-person Transpersonal Breathwork event. The ceremony consists of a brief overview of what Transpersonal Breathwork is, how to do it, possible scenarios that can be experienced within the journey, the journey itself (1.5 hrs of active breathing), bodywork for 1:1 sessions only, creative integration, a light vegan meal, and open discussion of the experience in a supportive environment.
As your guide, I provide:
Preparation - what to expect, creation of a comfortable space, gentle guidance, and overall helping you feel relaxed and ready to dive into your subconscious with trust and openness.
Safety – ensuring that individuals and the group container remain safe at all times. Anticipating possible obstacles within journeyers experience and taking steps to ensure physical and emotional safety.
Compassion – staying present to your emotions for duration of your experience. Gentle guidance to explore personal difficulties and go deeper within for healing.
Bodywork - (included in 1:1 sessions) I work with you & your body to provide powerful releases of traumas and tensions that are stored within. Through this integrated approach, I empower individuals to address emotional and physical blockages, paving the way for profound healing and growth.
Holding Space – I provide you with my complete presence to hold space for you during your experience in a non-judgmental way. Journeyers are encouraged to form their own conclusions on their journey with no interpretation of your experience from me or other fellow journeyers. It is recommended that you bring your experience to a licensed therapist of your choosing following the session.
Integration - Follow-up call 1 week post session.
Transpersonal Breathwork is open to all genders, ages 16+
A medical form and Initial screening of each participant will be done to ensure a good fit for the session.
One follow-up integration call included for each session.
Location for events are at facilitator's retreat space in Canton, GA.
